About the Product Farm

Founded in Hong Kong in 2019 and subsequently relocated to England in 2023, Product Farm is built on the belief that great ideas grow from bold thinking and creative design. Our cracked egg logo represents the moment of breakthrough — the endless possibilities that emerge when innovation takes shape.

At Product Farm, we partner with companies and individuals to reimagine, refine, and realize better products through thoughtful reinvention. Our work spans three core areas: Product Development and Manufacturing Consultancy, Product Rethinking, and Sales and Distribution.

Driven by curiosity and a passion for design excellence, we help turn ideas into tangible products that inspire, perform, and grow.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT AND MANUFACTURING CONSULTANCY

We provide consulting services on the product design, development and manufacturing.  We strive to froster an environment providing better accessibility for people to transform their ideas into physical products in a professional way.

PRODUCT RETHINKING

We study how people use products, understand what people needs and rethink how a product should be designed thru ergonomic study, design simplification, manufacturing process improvement and new opportunity exploration with update technology.  We are working on a list of non-electrical daily live projects and will launch once it's ready.  it will be interesting.  Stay tuned!

SALES AND DISTRIBUTION

We explore potential branded products for the market of Hong Kong.  This is a new segment of our business.  We currently focus on the music instruments and accessories.  We will continue explore more interesting ones in the future.

About the founder

My name is Clark Kwok

For more than 30 years, my career has revolved around the manufacturing industry, where I’ve had the privilege of exploring production technologies across a wide variety of products and materials. Product design and development have always been at the heart of my work. I see “perfect design” as a never-ending pursuit — something to aspire to — while “better design” is a tangible goal that keeps creativity and improvement in motion.

These days, I provide operational and design support to companies seeking guidance in everything from concept development to finished product delivery. I also enjoy taking on small design projects of my own, particularly those connected to two of my passions — musical instruments and coffee accessories.

Outside the world of manufacturing, music has been my lifelong companion. I’m a freelance saxophonist and jazz enthusiast with a deep love for big band music. My journey in this genre began in Hong Kong back in 1996, and for 25 years I’ve been a permanent member of the Basic Notes Jazz Big Band. Along the way, I’ve had the joy of performing with Ned Kelly’s Big Band and many other ensembles as a deputy musician. Over the years, I’ve taken part in festivals and concerts such as Music in the City, Fringe Festival, Hong Kong Big Band Festival, Macau Band Festival, Taiwan Chiayi International Band Festival, and Taiwan Big Band Madness, among others.

I was also a founding member of the Hong Kong Jazz Association (HKJA) and supported the Hong Kong International Jazz Festival in 2018 and 2019. Between 2019 and 2021, I served as the Hong Kong liaison for Jazz Education Abroad, helping to connect musicians and educators across borders.

Now based in England, I continue to perform with several ensembles, including the Woking Wind Orchestra, Centerpieces Big Band, Junction 4 Big Band, Bandemics Big Band, and Chris’ Jazz Friends. I also volunteer as a music instructor with Raiders Performing Arts — and while managing a room full of energetic young musicians isn’t always easy, it’s incredibly rewarding to watch their confidence and musicality grow with each rehearsal.
